  • Practicing intellectual property law for over 14 years, covering areas such as med device, petroleum, and nanomaterials.

  • Focused on building and maintaining intellectual property rights   through patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.

  • Extensive experience with licensing, university technology transfer, legal opinions, and enforcement.

  • Prosecuted hundreds of patent applications to issuance,   including extensive foreign patent rights, as well as successful appeals with the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
